The malfunction of transformers or similar equipment can be directly attributed to high levels of water vapour. Transformer breathers provide an economic and efficient means of controlling the level of moisture entering a conservator tank during changes in volume of the cooling medium and/or airspace caused by temperature gradients.

Our transformer breathers are filled with indicating silica gel which changes colour as it adsorbs moisture.
